Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY:

For an item to be valid to be exchanged it must be unworn and unused. Send us an email on customersupport@bacanofficial.com to request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

RETURN POLICY:

We provide hassle free returns. You can return the item instantly with the courier and just pay the shipping fees. We will not accept refunds after the courier leaves.

REFUND PROCESS:

Credit Card Payment: If you made the payment using a credit card, the refund will be processed back to the same credit card you used for the purchase.
Cash Payment: If placed the order for cash on delivery, then you will only pay the shipping fees to the courier.
